One single room in a friendly house share

We have one single room to rent in a modern townhouse situated behind St Richards hospital

Room is located on the ground floor which is unfurnished however, we do have some furniture that we have stored in the garage.. it all depends on what you need!

Current housemates are all professionals, Marc is a shift worker so is out at different times or you'll find him down the pub! (he's just about to join a gym..) Claudia works full time Mon-Fri, you'll find her at the gym or in some restaurant somewhere tasting their garlic bread!

We are looking for a friendly person to come and live with us, who is clean and tidy, likes socialising and doesn't say no to a good curry!
