A large double room in a shared flat (1 owner occupier) with built in wardrobe. I work full time (including most Saturdays) and am often away due to family commitments. I am very easy going and sociable and would like to share my home with someone who will treat it as they would their own. Adjacent to St Richards Hospital. 10 minutes walk from the city centre, approx. 20 mins to bus/train stations. Permit parking is in force, with restrictions 10-11 and 2-3, so spaces are generally available and I can provide visitors vouchers. My 6 previous lodgers highly recommend.....!!!
