I have rented this property for the last 5 years and it has been well looked after. I am looking for a respectful tenant(s) prefer professional(s). I do not want to go through an estate agent due to the astronomical fees for both the landlord and tenant. I have a clear tenancy agreement for both parties. I follow the same process as any estate agent; I will show you round and if you like it, I will need an employment reference, previous landlord reference and last 3 months pay slips.
No smokers & no pets.
Rent will be £690 per month plus all utility bills.
Deposit will be 1 and half months rent and be placed in the TDS which both the tenant and I will have secure access to online.
