We are a young couple who have recently renovated a beautiful town house and are looking to rent out a large double loft room with a dormer, en-suite and dressing area.
We are located just a 10 minute walk from the city center and a 5 minute walk to the bus and train stations.
The property also has a large open plan kitchen/dining area, downstairs cloakroom and living room that we are happy for our tenant to use.
We are currently working hard to finish off the garden and create a lovely outside space with a patio and lawn. We have two friendly pet rabbits who will also be enjoying the garden with you.
We are both working professionals so tend to be about in the evenings and at weekends.
