We have a lovely double room available in our three bedroom house in Bracklesham, one road from the beach, 15 minutes drive from Chichester. The room is furnished (includes TV aerial point) double bed and built in wardrobe. All bills are included plus broadband. Shared kitchen/dining room, bathroom and downstairs loo. Lovely garden recently landscaped. House recently decorated. Parking available on the road. Bus stop and shops 5 min walk. We have a very chilled small dog mainly at weekends. We are looking for a professional person to rent our spare room, clean and tidy but someone who is easy going and fun to be around.
