A lovely fully furnished bedroom is available in a shared house, within a few minutes walk of Chichester City Centre. The house, shared with 3 other professional people in their twenties is cosy and really friendly. It has four bedrooms, a modern, recently fitted kitchen, with separate lounge. Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD.

All the normal facilities are also available - TV, DVD, wifi , free view, washing machine, etc. All facilities are shared with a nice garden at the back with patio funiture, as well as off-road parking and a garage.

The location is great, a few minutes walk from Chichester Centre and the train and bus stations. It is also really close to Chichester Canal and River basin with walks to the countryside and sea.

The room would suite a professional (preferably female). The rent includes council tax and all the bills.
