Comfortable modern house close to hospital and uni

I have one single room available in this comfortable 3 bed detached house close to the university and hospital.

I am looking for another person, male or female, to share this well decorated and well furnished home. Current lodger and I are both in early 20's and work full time. We are friendly and relaxed, looking for someone who will fit into the household - easy going but quiet and tidy.

The double room has a double bed with new matress, drawer unit and a built in wardrobe. Single room has bed, drawers and built in wardrobe. Modern bathroom to be shared between these rooms.

All downstairs rooms to be shared: fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, dining area, comfortable sitting room, cloakroom.

There is a garage that can be used for storage and a good size garden.

Fast unlimited broadband included along with BT TV. Bills included.
