It is also just over a mile to the Rolls Royce factory.
The property has off road parking.
There is easy access to the main A27.
We are offering a good sized room with double bed and fitted wardrobes with private use of bathroom with bath and shower.
Your room has a smart TV as well as free unlimited WiFi.
You would have shared use of the kitchen / diner with cooking facilities including Aga.
