The house is on the west side of Chichester, making it conveniently close to the big Tesco which is just two minutes walk away, and the location also has quick access to the A27.
Chichester city centre is 15-20 mins walk away, or 5 mins on a bike.
Parking is fairly easy here as there are currently no parking restrictions in this area.

The room has a double bed, a comfortable armchair, 32" wall-mounted TV with AppleTV, dressing table and chair, mirrors, two chests of drawers, clothes rail, and electric blanket. The room also has a dehumidifier for drying clothes quickly.

With its own spacious roof-top terrace, you will be able to enjoy private sun-bathing, or sit back with a coffee and watch some amazing evening sunsets from this elevated west-facing position.

Full-fibre WiFi exists throughout the house and garden.

You will be sharing an attractive, spacious bathroom with one other female lodger.

Downstairs you have use of the open-plan kitchen and dining area which includes comfortable seating, washing machine, ice-dispenser, microwave, toaster, air-fryer, spin dryer, bean-to-cup coffee machine, etc, while the Living room offers comfortable seating for relaxation.

Outside, there is comfortable seating in the relaxing south-facing garden.

We would prefer a tidy and friendly female lodger to join us as the other flatmate is female and you will be sharing a bathroom with her.
We also have a quiet and friendly pet cat.

All bills are included in the rent: WiFi, Gas, Electric and Council Tax.

Please note this is strictly a non-smoking household, which means that smokers should not apply, even if you plan to smoke outside.
