The room has its own private roof-top terrace with a sun-lounger, outdoor table and chairs. You get to see the most amazing sunsets from this west-facing room and rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace has artificial grass for a more garden-like feel.
Full-fibre WiFi exists throughout the house and garden.
You will be sharing an attractive, spacious bathroom with one other female lodger.
Downstairs you have use of the open-plan kitchen and dining area which includes comfortable seating, washing machine, ice-dispenser, microwave, toaster, air-fryer, etc.
Outside, there is comfortable seating in the relaxing south-facing garden.
We would prefer a tidy and friendly female lodger to join us as the other flatmate is female and you will be sharing a bathroom with her.
All bills are included in the rent: WiFi, Gas, Electric, TV licence and Council Tax.
There are two pet cats in the house.
