The house is on the west side of Chichester (Fishbourne Road East), making it conveniently close to Tesco which is just two minutes walk away, and the location also has quick access to the A27.
Chichester city centre is about 15 mins walk.
Parking is fairly easy here as there are currently no parking restrictions in this area, and there is a place to keep a bicycle if you have one.

The room has a double bed, a comfortable armchair, 32" wall-mounted TV with AppleTV, oak writing table and chair, mirror, chest of drawers, and clothes rails.

The room has its own private roof-top terrace with a sun-lounger, outdoor table and chairs. You get to see the most amazing sunsets from this west-facing room and rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace has artificial grass for a more garden-like feel.

Full-fibre WiFi exists throughout the house and garden.

You will be sharing an attractive, spacious bathroom with one other female lodger.

Downstairs you have use of the open-plan kitchen and dining area which includes comfortable seating, washing machine, ice-dispenser, microwave, toaster, air-fryer, etc.

Outside, there is comfortable seating in the relaxing south-facing garden.

We would prefer a tidy and friendly female lodger to join us as the other flatmate is female and you will be sharing a bathroom with her.

All bills are included in the rent: WiFi, Gas, Electric, TV licence and Council Tax.

There are two pet cats in the house.
