I am looking for a professional or student to join my my home which is in Parklands, near Bishop Luffa school, and is well located for the M27, Chichester and the train station. It is a large solid and quiet semi detached, with front and secluded sunny rear garden in a quiet road

You will have a king size bed with memory foam mattress, with blackout blind and curtains, built-in wardrobe, and a sky box & subscription included, and 42" wall TV, and wifi. If you would like to add sky TV, this will be an additional cost of £12 pcm, Lady cleaner comes in once a week to do common areas.

There is an upstairs family bathroom with separate toilet facility and the same downstairs with shower

Mainly Bosch appliances, and all washing consumables provided in separate laundry room, with dryer, washing line in garden. 2 fridges and one freezer in combined bright kitchen diner

There is plenty of on street parking available, and 2 spaces in the drive when free, though car not essential in this location
