Double room in four bedroomed home, newly decorated and furnished, within a short walking distance to Chichester City Centre. The house is to be shared with myself and my quiet retiring lurcher. Would suit professional person preferably weekdays only. The lodger must be clean and tidy and will share the use of kitchen, bathroom and living accommodation.

The house is ideally located, close to town, where you will find many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Situated north west of the City it is also within walking distance to the Theatre, University and Hospital and also Chichester College, Westgate Leisure Centre and Chichester mainline railway station.
