Shared main bathroom which has a large walk in shower . Access to washing machine and dryer. Allocated food storage and fridge/freezer space.

We are a friendly family but unintrusive.

Quiet road. Local shop/bus stop within short walking distance.
Located near to Tangmere Air Museum and Goodwood horseracing and motor racing .

Parking off road available.
Good local bus service into Chichester.

House Rules

Non smoking room. Smoking is allowed in the garden area. Room and ensuite will be cleaned weekly including bed linen change.

We are both workng professionals and share our house with a cat called William.
