We have a room to rent in our recently converted attic, a double sized room, with a single bed and basic furniture.
The room has a bathroom next door, which in the main will be yours, except when we have visitors.
There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor of our house and we keep one for the occasional guest. This means the top floor will in the main be for your use.
It is a peaceful family home on the north side of Chichester, on a quiet cul de sac, and we are looking for someone to share our home with us
