We are looking for someone with a steady income for our spare double room, within a 5 bedroom detached family home, in the lovely and historic village of Bosham.

The downstairs bedroom is fitted with plenty of wardrobe space, a wall table and comfy chair, a fridge/freezer and an en-suite shower room.

The bedroom is opposite the modern and fully fitted kitchen, which the tenant will have full use of, and which include all major household appliances, such as microwave, washing machine, hob, oven and tumble dryer.

The room is warm and cosy, with a comfortable 4ft double bed.

Bosham train station is less than 10 minutes away, as are local and bus stops, both with good links to Chichester in the East, and beyond, and Portsmouth in the West, and beyond. Train links to London are good, with regular services to London Victoria and London Bridge.

Indian Restaurant and Indian Takeaway are less than 5min away, as is a friendly local pub (The White Swan). Old Bosham is a short 5min car journey away, with two more pub restaurants.

The house is a family home with 16 and 13 year old children.

The room is available for viewings immediately.
