Double En-suite room (for single occupancy)

Must like dogs as there are 2 occasional visiting dogs!

Male housemate preferred.

Double en-suite, bath and shower room on the first floor. (The room at the rear of the House)

Downstairs toilet/sink.

The room has a built-in double wardrobe/shelving (which cannot be removed), double bed and bedside table.

Shared Kitchen, with cupboard space and a fridge and freezer for your sole use.
Everything in the kitchen is provided by me and shared by all housemates.

Shared lounge and Garden. Gardening is done regularly.
Hoovering and mopping etc shared by all.

1 mile from City Centre/train station.

I will be moving shortly into the annex at the end of the garden, called "The Kennel!
