This is a light, sunny double room for single occupancy with private bathroom in Central Chichester located within the Roman walls of the city. The area is amazing, as you are within 2 minutes walking distance to the shops, bus stops, cathedral, 5 minutes to festival theatre, gyms, tennis club, library, museum, art gallery, hospital, cinemas and station, all within a short walk away. The sea and best beaches are a 20 minute bus ride which runs every 20 minutes.

The room is a double sized room with a single bed, large cupboard with shelves, fold down table and chair. Next door is your own private bathroom, with walk in shower. Internet is included in the rent and is fast broadband.

The shared kitchen is large and well furnished with dishwasher and washing machine.

There are cats in the house, but they do not go into your room or bathroom. They sleep downstairs, and are very loving and affectionate.

There is no car parking unfortunately.
