Comfy double room by hospital in modern flat

Room to rent in a very nice modern flat, rent is all bills included.

This room is for Monday to Friday, this is flexible as long as vacate for two full days each week (can be any days in a week)

the room won’t be used at anytime whilst your away at all and belongings can remain.

The Flat is Right next to the hospital and a 5 minute walk to Chichester centre

The room info : there’s very comfy memory foam double mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, tv in the room with a firestick for smart apps prime/Netflix etc

There's full fibre 1Gbps broadband perfect for any gamers out there!

I respect people’s privacy and go about doing my own thing like to relax play Xbox, bike rides when the weather allows it! cinema and drinking way too much coffee!

im pretty easy to get on with I like my own space as we all do as well as being sociable when the need arises :-)

I clean the flat once a week so it’s always pretty clean.

Looking for some one mature/chilled out ie not a party person, maybe just a relaxed gamer or someone that wants to come home kick back and relax after a hard day at work

Someone that cleans up after themselves
honest and respects where they live.

Full time working only.

no students, no couples

smoking is fine but outside :)
