Hi all!

Our current flatmate is leaving the flat to move to a different area, so sadly we will need to say goodbye to her soon.


*About the flat*

The flat includes: three double bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom (and also a separated toilet for peak times!) and a large kitchen with plenty of storage.

It is very well located, only a 5/10 minute walk to the city centre and next to a lovely park. The big shops (Sainsburys, Lidl etc..) are also at a very reasonable walking distance from the flat.

All around our building there is plenty of space to park your car (away from the road) should you have one and it's completly free.

The flat is completly furnished with washing machine, oven, microwave, sofa etc...

The room available is a double bedroom with big windows and plently of space. It is also furnished with a double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe.

- Rent is £325
- The average of all bills per month is around £110
-The deposit is £487
-Available from April 2019
-Minimum permanency - 6 months.

*Regarding us*

We are two professional women, coming from Spain and Italy.
We are very clean and tidy and follow a deep cleaning rota on a weekly basis.
We are also very friendly and easy going, happy to share meals or a glass of wine but also very respectful of each other's privacy and private space.

No smokers.
No couples.
No pets.
No students.
