We will be travelling the globe and may occasionally return for short stints in-between countries during the winter months. We have our own private bedrooms within the cottage. Most of the time it will just be you living there. Ideally, we would like to have the property to ourselves for July/August until Mid-Sept. So if you are away on holiday then, with the room vacated, you do not need to pay rent during that gap.
Share of the bills on top of rent. EPC rating C-D. Council tax band D. The rent includes the cost of the property being professionally cleaned twice a month, with a maintenance team on hand. Fully managed by the owners.
