Room 1 has a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, bedside chest of drawers, and Ikea chair.



Room 2 has a small double bed, hanging space & shelves, desk and bedside chest of drawers, and Ikea chair.

There is a shared, bathroom, kitchen with all the usual utilities, fibre broadband, parking, and a garden. Within walking distance to the train station, close to groceries stores, and loads of good walking from the house, with the South Downs a short drive away!

I work from home, so am there most of the time.
