Room to rent

I am looking for a professional person to rent a room from September this year.
I keep a clean home and would expect anyone living with me to do the same.
I am easy going within reason, when it comes to sharing housework etc. I have a garage which I use for parking my car, and there is road parking for other vehicles. Neighbours are friendly and there is a communal area for smoking but absolutely no smoking inside the flat. I smoke myself but don’t like the smell of smoke indoors.
I work shifts but would not disturb you. When I am home, I cook lovely home cooked meals and will always ask if you want including for dinner.
