Room available in busy household

Two professional males currently living in a 3 bed household ready for a third person to replace the outgoing housemate we had.

One of us predominantly works at home and the other is on the road. We both enjoy the gym, socialising and our down time. We are flexible on age and background of this new person but would ask you are a professional, bring references and don't mind having the bigger of the three bedrooms. We also ask you stay for a minimum of one year.
