Downstairs room to rent

We have a room available in our family home. I live here with my two children ages 16 and 6 and dog. The room would otherwise be a dining room so has French doors to the garden and is currently empty other than a wardrobe which can be removed if preferred. I can provide a single or double bed but will not purchase until a move in day is agreed in you’d prefer to purchase your own. There is a shared kitchen, upstairs bathroom and downstairs WC. There is parking and the no. 17 bus route from Horsham to Brighton is accessible from a stop within a 5 minute walk.
