This ideally located, beautiful new 5 Bedroom house is very near to Gatwick, - by car 5 mins- and Three Bridges station also 5 mins away. Manor Royal Industrial Estate is a 4 min drive away. It is a two minute walk from a bus service running to Gatwick airport and Manor Royal and Crawley and other routes. Good pubs and restaurants are nearby. All in all a superb area to live in.
We are a mother and daughter, friendly and respectable , looking for a quiet, friendly , respectable, clean, professional person to rent our lovely room. The space suits someone with a work routine mostly outside the house. A day of home working is not a problem.

The room on offer is a large master bedroom on it’s own 2nd floor, with it’s own private staircase and door. The ensuite is large with bath and separate shower cubicle..
There is a smart tv , wifi, own fridge freezer and comfy seating area.
There is a magnificent view of woodlands from the windows. You really have to see it to appreciate it.

There is lots of parking across the road outside the house and a lovely garden to sit in.

The person would have use of the kitchen to cook. It has a double oven , washing machine , dishwasher , microwave and there is also a tumble dryer if needed. There is also a microwave and kettle in the bedroom.
