It is a two minute walk from a bus service running to Gatwick airport and Manor Royal and Crawley and other routes. Good pubs and restaurants are nearby. All in all a superb area to live in.

There is a magnificent view of woodlands from the windows. You really have to see it to appreciate it.

There is lots of parking across the road outside the house and a lovely garden to sit in.

The person would be able to use the lovely kitchen with double oven , washing machine , dishwasher , microwave and there is also a tumble dryer if needed. There is also a microwave and kettle in the bedroom. A nice study is also available with a fridge freezer.
