The large double room has a double bed, built in double wardrobe, shelving unit, 6 drawer chest, 2 x two drawer bedside tables and lamps, chair, storage units and lots of space. The attached luxury fully tiled en-suite has been fully refurbished and features a multifunction high pressure shower.

The small double room has a small double bed, built in single wardrobe, stand-alone double wardrobe, shelving unit, 4 drawer chest and two drawer bedside table & lamp. The dedicated ‘en-suite’ is located in the large bathroom, has a high pressure shower, WC and sink. The bath tub is shared but is rarely used by any of the household.

There is a detached garage for storage of items if needed and parking on my off-road private driveway for up to 3 cars. There is a lovely landscaped garden with fountain to the rear so plenty of space for barbies when the sun comes out! If you need to work from home, that’s not a problem as there is plenty of space.

The large kitchen has a washer/drier, two fridge freezers, microwave, dishwasher and a range cooker. Other shared facilities include living room and dining room. Full gas-fired central heating throughout the house, controlled by a Hive system. The house is only 8 mins drive from Gatwick Airport or 13 mins walk to Three Bridges station. Easy access to M23.

A Lodger's Agreement is signed by all parties. We all have our own ensuite facilities so no sharing! All bills, including Council Tax, electricity & gas, 250Mbps fibre broadband with Wifi, Virgin Mix TV, phone, gardener and window cleaner are included in rent. Free calls weekends to 01, 02 and 03 numbers, otherwise calls are charged to users. TV points in all bedrooms. A supplement may be applied at cost if electricity and gas prices rise significantly in the future.

We are all easy going and like a good laugh, but like clean, tidy people who don't make noise when we go to sleep! Existing housemates are all 9-5 professionals and we all get on very well.
