Our houses are new, beautiful and stylish converted properties. The rooms have been carefully designed, decorated and finished, incorporating fresh and contemporary designs throughout. Smart, keyless locks, chrome finished sockets, wired as well as WiFi internet access up to 350Mb speeds throughout, luxury plush carpets, and fully furnished with generous and sizeable, new, stylish furniture, it is clear our properties are maintained to a very high standard.

Large fully fitted kitchens equipped with all white goods, including double ovens, large double fridge freezers and washing machines. In some properties there are tumble dryers, with no coin meters. In some houses, all household goods are supplied too such as dishwasher tablets, fairy liquid, loo roll etc. There are lounge areas which have comfortable sofas and smart TVs with Netflix for you to relax and enjoy along with nice gardens to take advantage of those odd days of British sun, making our houses a great place to live. New central heating, double glazing and soundproofing insulation/thermal insulation throughout the properties on all external and internal walls.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED IN THE RENT

Room rent includes all bills: Council tax, Electricity, Gas, Water, High-speed fibre optic Broadband and TV licence for lounge TV. There is a complimentary weekly cleaning service for communal areas/bathrooms and Netflix on the lounge TV along with regular house maintenance.

GREAT LOCATIONS

Our houses are situated in quiet residential areas with great transport links to Gatwick Airport, Crawley town centre, Manor Royal, London and Brighton. The 24hour Fastway 10 & 20 bus routes are a short walk from the houses with supermarkets and the town centre being only a short walk/drive too, which boasts and array of shops, restaurants and bars. On street parking directly outside the house available with some houses having private driveways too.

YOUR DEPOSIT

Deposits are protected in a Government-backed approved deposit protection scheme called the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).

You can also enter into a competition to win a months rent, every month! All you have to do is give us feedback by answer a few simple questions.

We are members of ARLA Propertymark which means we meet higher industry standards than the law demands and adhere to a nationally recognised Code of Practice. We undertake regular training to ensure we are up to date with best practice and complex legislative changes, so we can offer you the best service. We are also backed by a Client Money Protection scheme which guarantees your money is protected along with being members of an independent redress scheme.

NO FEES

We don’t charge you a penny! If you are interested in taking a room, all we ask for is a holding deposit which is taken off of your first rent payment.
