There is currently one person living at the property and myself only coming for the weekend when I will be working from home mainly evenings.

The room has a wardrobe ,double chest of drawers and bed side cabinet .
Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, kettle, washing machine ,air fryer and oven .

We provide High Speed Fiber Optic
Broadband of upto 100mb. but we don’t provide any tv subscription.

All Bills are included.
£250 Deposit will be required to secure the room and 1 Months rent the day you move in.

We are looking for a working professional, who would fit it into our household environment ,non smoker and no students please .

Staving whole house with mostly one person .
