The house is end of terrace and is homely, clean and tidy. Its located in a very quiet street in Maidenbower, there is no through traffic so it's a lovely residential area. The house is a 15 minute walk to Three Bridges station (which has great links to London, Brighton and Gatwick airport at all times of the day & night), its also in close proximity to 2 M23 Junctions, as well as many bus stops.

My name is James, I have been a homeowner for the past 3 years, and Im a 30 year old Graphic designer who works in London 2/3 days a week. I also own a dog called Chase, a medium size rescue dog, who does drop hair, can be chatty but loves unconditionally once he gets to know people. I spend my free time exercising, playing or watching sport, plus all the usual things such as eating, drinking, tv, films and having a good time.

Fully Furnished: Double bed, small built in wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside storage, storage shelf unit and TV unit. (happy to accommodate personal needs/items of furniture within reason) Looks out over the front garden, room gets plenty of sunlight

Bathroom is shared bath & shower, has lock for privacy (small airing cupboard)

Loft space for storage needs

Off street parking, property has 2 designated spots, but also free to park outside property in communal spaces

Downstairs: Small hallway, open living room dining room, kitchen is cosy but has all the usual amenities and storage needed.

Area also has lots of green spaces, plus local shops, pharmacy, takeaway and pubs all within close walking distance
