The room itself is located on the first floor to the front of the property and has an ottoman double bed with storage and a footstool, a 43' smart TV and a mirror with 3 door sliding wardrobe.
The room is equipped with a secure lock on the door for your peace of mind.
The room is offered on a single occupancy only.

The flat 🏠 :
The living room has a three seater sofa. Unfortunatelly the couch isn't suitable for sleeping, therefore no extra guests will be able to use it as an extra bed. A 65' smart TV with a surround system in the living room will keep you entertain.

The modern kitchen, has a washing machine, microwave, electric fan dual oven, dishwasher, Sandwich Gril, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, induction hobs, steamer, juicer, food processor, stand mixer, smoothie maker and digital scales.

The bathroom features a heated towel rail, large touch activated heated mirror with LED lights. The large rain shower will leave you relaxed, calm and energised.

The property benefits from double glazing windows throughout, heating by gas to a system of hot water radiators and WiFi and all bills are included.

Household supplies such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and fairy liquid etc. provided.

Outside there are resident parking spaces only.

Building:
Communal areas are cleaned regularly.

Bills:
Room rent includes all bills: Council Tax Band C, Electricity, Gas, Water, High-speed fibre optic Broadband and TV licence for lounge TV.

Deposit:
-Deposits are protected in a Government-backed approved deposit protection scheme called 'mydeposits'.
-As an alternative, a 'no-deposit' option is available which is a non-refundable fee equivalent to two week's rent. This is separate from the holding fee.

45' to London Victoria

Area info:
Quiet and low foot traffic neighborhood gives the area a lovely ambiance with some green grounds around the building.
Living in Crawley is great and quite lively, always something to do, very near to the sea and also London.
Great for nightlife, shopping and going out.
Those of us who live here find it to be a friendly, vibrant and well supplied town with parks, the K2 sports centre and great shopping/dining out areas. It is ideally located for travel by car, train or plane!
Crawley is on a direct train line with London and Brighton. There are a lot of students as Central Sussex College has a large campus in the town and it is well served with public transport.
Nearby within walking distance there is ASDA for groceries shopping open 6am-12pm.
