Newly-Renovated Single Bedroom To Rent

Newly refurbished modern house being actively improved. 20 minutes walk to Crawley train station or a 30 second walk to the Fastway Bus stops to Gatwick, Town etc. Pretty perfect for air crew or those who commute.

Room has a single bed with new furniture including two nightstands, a chest of drawers and a desk. Touchscreen light switch which allows you to disable night mode on the bathroom light. All bedroom doors have fingerprint locks so you can keep your room secure :) Curtains can be changed for a different colour etc and will be a bare mattress with protector (Is a foam mattress so may want a topper if prefer softer)

Currently owned and inhabited by myself and partner who are 21-22 and work for the ambulance service! We like to cook / garden and normally spend the evenings watching Netflix or an occasional Pub garden. Ideally looking for shift workers such as ourselves but super open. We have a hampster in a large enclosure in the dining room who is obsessed with trapeze.

Modern shared bathroom (caution has a Japanese toilet) and kitchen. Council Tax Band C but all bills included. We're looking to get a new driveway to increase parking and continue modernising the house more as able too! Currently has a "wild" garden with a picnic bench in the middle as we are letting the soil recover after ripping out a swimming pool.
