Room to rent in apartment/flat.

We have a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, with a communal kitchen/lounge.

The room is furnished, so comes with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table etc.

Very close proximity to bus stops, shops, Tesco Express etc.

Ideal for flight crew or airport staff maybe.

I'm moving out at the end of Jan '25, so require my room to be filled.

The other tenant is a very close friend & also work colleague of mine.
He works 4on 4off @ the airport, and usually commuted back home to Italy on his days off.

I'm moving back to Italy.

Bills come to approx £200-250, which is split 1/2.
Council tax included in the 1/2 bills payment.

References required, as per the landlords request.
