Double room with king size bed/mattress with 2 wardrobes & you will have separate bathroom & shower.
Rent for double room is £700 pcm & £300 deposit.

Big clean kitchen/dining table & chairs/microwave/oven/fridge & freezer/washing machine & dryer.

Excellent location 1 min walk to bus to Gatwick airport around 10 mins walk to three bridges station a mile to big Tesco.

All bills included including WiFi.
It’s a very clean house so we expect you to maintain the same way.
