Flat share in Crawley with flight crew

Room in a 2 bedroom flat with a semi-commuting pilot. Current flatmate is an aircraft engineer only leaving due to moving country.

Room includes a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Private full bathroom as the other room is ensuite.

Shared space includes living room with TV and dining area, kitchen with utensils, air fryer etc.
Room and flat is fully equipped and ready to move in as-is.

Flat is 3 mins walk from a direct bus to the airport, 3 mins walk from a Tesco Express, 10 mins walk to County Mall and 12 mins drive to the airport.

I am looking for a similarly tidy and considerate flatmate given that I work shifts and can be awake early or late - possibly someone in a similar position. Flat is kept clean and tidy in the shared areas without a rota as we clean as we go and are considerate.

Flat is rented by an agency, so you'll need to pass their screening process though if you are employed, it shouldn't be an issue. Contract is 12 months, though with a clause allowing 2 months' notice at any time.

About me, I work as a pilot at LGW, and am often away on my days off. I work 5 days on with 2, 3 or 4 days off. On my 5 days working I can have early or late starts and finishes so require a quiet home when working and will give the same. Happy to have a chat, maybe eat together and am sociable but equally happy to keep ourselves to ourselves if preferred.
