Double room in calm house (bills included)

Our housemate of 5 years is moving out, so we have a double room available in a shared house with me and my sister. We are both professionals and (despite a fair amount of singing in the shower) are calm non-party people, so looking to continue the calm vibe of our house. We're massive nerds so would love somebody else like us :') extra points for spider catching skills

The room has space for a desk and our housemate has been comfortably working from home. All bills including internet are included in the rent, and the internet has supported four of us working from home at one point. The room comes with the bed and a built-in wardrobe. There is a shared living room, shared kitchen, shower room and bathroom, and a small garden. Everything is furnished and there are shared pots and pans etc if you don't have your own (or space for your own if you prefer).

In terms of practicalities, there is off-street parking and it is roughly a 20 minute walk to Three Bridges station in one direction and Crawley town centre in the other. About 5 mins walk from 24 hour bus stop that goes to town centre and Gatwick airport. We don't have pets but sometimes our parents visit with their dog (whippet) so heads up if you are nervous with dogs.

Please feel free to ask any questions or arrange a viewing - we are away at our parents for Christmas from the 13th December to 4th January though so ideally wouldn't want to come back to do viewings in that time but won't rule it out completely.

I don't mean to be a pain, but so many people don't seem to read adverts before messaging and it's important to us to have a housemate we get along with, so if you are going to message me can you please confirm the following things:
1. You do not smoke (including social smoking, and vapes), and if you have a partner you would want to visit they also don't smoke
2. You are LGBT friendly (my sister is trans)
3. Please say something about yourself. Can be anything - job, hobby, favourite smoothie flavour - I just want to know you're taking friendly housemate relations seriously because showing people my house is scary :')
