I'm renting out the double room and single room in my 3 Bed house. It's newly renovated (September 2025) and fully furnished. The pictures are from when I got the house in September 2025.
The house is a 10-15 min walk to town, closest bus stop (London Road South) - buses 4,5,10,692. Driveway used by me but plenty of off street parking available.
Trains from three bridges, Crawley and Gatwick can get you into central within 35-45 mins.
The house is situated in a Safe, quiet street with mostly families. I am Muslim, so I strongly prefer a female housemate that is okay with the following rules:
-no pork/bacon/ham etc
-no alcohol
-no male overnight guests
