Bright single room in lovely friendly house

Close to Gatwick rail links and buses, the room on offer is single but with a lot of storage. The comfy bed is a regular single size but is built-in so wouldn't suit anyone exceptionally tall! The house is fab, (even if I say so myself!), modern and stylish. It has a large through lounge, dining room, conservatory, downstairs loo, kitchen with dishwasher and attached utility room which serves as an 'overflow' and has the washing machine/tumble dryer/freezer and beer/wine fridge in it. The modern bathroom has both a bath and a shower cubicle. Outside there is a fairly large garden with a soon-to-be-laid new patio/bbq area.
We share the house in quiet, relaxed harmony - he does something in the airline training industry and I teach secondary school(little darlings!). We each have our own good social lives but it is nice to have a bit of a chat sometimes and we occasionally share a meal or a glass of wine. We are clean, tidy and considerate people and we share the domestic duties - it's never a case of 'I'll just wash up my own stuff'. We don't crash about at night and are mindful that others may be sleeping. We’re not party animals but (I hope!) we’re far from boring and it’s a happy household. We would like to share with someone with a good sense of humour, who is easygoing and interested in life and wants to have a home not just a room! Are you that someone?
