Large single, sharing bathroom with one other person. All bills included, broadband, large garden, hammocks (for summer). Flexible on the furniture depending upon your needs. We would like someone to treat the house like home, not a hotel - be open minded and intelligent and have a sense of humour.

Far from being a pokey property we all have space here.
