Double room in shared house :)

Hi, my name is Harry (but I'm a girl), and I've got a room going in my shared house.

There are four rooms in the house so in total four housemates (3 existing - me, Chin and Gwen). I'm an accountant who actually wants to just draw or write all day, Chin works with machine learning which is very clever and I don't fully understand, Gwen is a software developer doing more clever IT things. We spend our lives watching Formula 1 and talking rubbish XD

The room is a double room with a built in wardrobe, bed and mattress, plus bills included. Our current housemate is also leaving a small desk and chair she's been using to work from home.

The house has a large living room, a kitchen and dining room combo, a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a bath, a downstairs toilet and a garage/utility room/place where we hang our clothes up to dry. There is parking on the driveway, though with two cars already here we would have to play moving cars around depending on who needs to leave earlier, there is also parking opportunities on the street though. We're about a twenty minute walk away from Three Bridges station (direct trains to Gatwick, London & Brighton - I work often in London and walk to the station) in one direction and the town centre in the other. It's about a 10-15 min drive from Gatwick Airport, or there's a 24 hour bus <5 mins walk from the house.

Rent includes all bills, including Wi-Fi and Virgin TV. Only thing not included in rent is we have a cleaner who comes once a month, which we share the cost at £43.20 each.

We're a very chilled and quiet-ish house (except when singing really badly in the shower/while cooking and washing up - yeah, that's mostly me...) so looking for another chilled person to have a chat with over dinner and wine and maybe the occasional night out. Essentially we want it to feel like a home, not just a house.

Non smokers please (including vape), and unfortunately we can't have pets or couples as HMO license regulations mean we can't have more than four people (that's living there full time, of course your partner/friends/family can visit!). LGBT-friendly please :)
