One Medium/Small Double room with loads of storage space available now. Open house viewings will be done on Thursday & Feiday the 7/8th July. The house is a large 4-bedroom, located in very quiet Cul-de-sac, in Northgate, with off road parking.

The bedroom is warm, light and airy, have a comfy double bed (sheets, duvet and pillows are not provided for hygiene reasons). There's loads of storage a built in wardrobe. Wireless Broadband provided.
Outside at the front of the house there is off-road parking on our drive for2- 3 cars, large rear garden, with a garden shed.
Metro Bus Stops at the end of the cul-de-sac, going both ways, Three Bridges Main Line Railway Station, Crawley, East Grinstead & Gatwick.
All bills and Wi-Fi included. There are excellent local amenities within a moments walk, Village Shop, Florists, plus Tesco extra (Three bridges). Indian restaurant and takeaway, All just a brief 10 minutes’ walk away.
I manage the property for the Landlord and work overseas at the moment looking for quiet, clean and tidy lodger to share and enjoy the quiet and calming atmosphere of my house, garden.
The current tenants consist of 3 professional young men.
I am planning to do an open house viewing on set days this because I will have to arrange viewings with one of the current tenants. The date I will give to anyone that contacts me showing an interest in the room.
