We are looking for professional tenants that will live here and take care of the house. The house is ideal to the METROBUS 10 bus route, so ideal for those commuting to Gatwick.

It is situated right next to Manor Royal, so it is ideal for those working there also.

In addition, the house is conveniently located within walking distance of local amenities, so you are able to easily purchase any food items that you might need at all times.

The rent includes all bills and a fast broadband connection. The rooms come with beds and build in wardrobes, so that your space within the room is maximised.

There is parking area available beside the house, so there won't be any problems with parking if you have a car.

There is also a garden so that you can enjoy a nice BBQ in the sun with friends.
