We are just off the Fastway bus route to Gatwick & Manor Royal Industrial Estate, a 7 minute walk to Furnace Green Parade & 10-15 minute walk to Tilgate Park & shopping parade. The room is overlooking the rear of the house, is cleanly decorated & has a built in double mirrored sliding door wardrobe which provides lots of hanging space & shelving. There is also more storage space underneath the double bed. There is a small chest of drawers & a wall hung TV/DVD player. It has a fantastic en-suite shower room which has an electric shower & cubical. We have a full Sky Q TV package & high speed fibre broadband throughout the house. You will have full use of the cooker & hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, kitchen/diner/family room, downstairs w. c./cloakroom & rear garden with decking.
