Looking for a flatmate to rent a good sized room with double bed of a two-bed, second floor flat in Commonwealth Drive, RH10 1AJ.

I'm looking to live with someone who is sociable and I can get along with. But also can respect privacy. And clean and tidy too!

Good things about the flat:
-great location as equidistant between Three Bridges
train station and Crawley Town Centre, both a 10 minute walk away.
-Fastway bus stop just outside development
-Quick internet - BT infinity.
-Tesco Express <1 minute away, which proves incredibly convenient at times

Not so good:
-No parking availability unfortunately.
