Newly refubished double room (single occupancy) in a house occupied by landlord & landlady. The facilities include shared bathrooms, kitchen and utility area only, there is no shared lounge.
Our lodger has use of a washing machine, separate tumble dryer & cooker. We provide a fridge freezer & kitchen cupboards for the exclusive use of our lodger.

The room has modern furniture, including a desk, TV and independent heating.
The shared bathroom has an electric shower but no bath.

The property is 1 minute walk from the numbers 10 & 20 bus routes, serving Crawley & Three Bridges rail stations, Manor Royal & Gatwick Airport. Buses run 24 hours up to 10 minute frequency.

The ideal lodger is an individual whom is independent and in full time employment working day time only. The room is not available to remote staff, anyone requiring to use the property as an office or shift workers.

A non smoking lodger is absolutely essential.

Free parking is available outside the property.
