There is a large garden large kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and plenty of storage including a shared larder. The kitchen has an AGA cooker as well as a conventional oven and hob. There is a breakfast room and very large living room with TV, a boot room and downstairs toilet, All these rooms are communal.
We have an en-suite master room with vaulted ceiling and lots of character and storage available
There is. large sunny patio and garden to share, and private parking all behind secure electric gates.
It should be noted a business is run from the outbuildings on the site.
There are 3 other mature, gentlemen professional tenants in the house.
The room in the property will be available from the end of January, and possibly earlier if required.
