We are renting rooms in our vacated family home to professional people.. The house is heavily beamed with masses of character. The rooms are spacious and partially furnished. There is a large garden large kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and plenty of storage including a shared larder. The kitchen has an AGA cooker as well as a conventional oven and hob. There is a breakfast room and very large living room with TV, a boot room and downstairs toilet, All these rooms are communal.
We have a quirky L shaped downstairs bedroom available for single occupancy it has a washbasin and shower in the room.
There is. large sunny patio and garden to share, and private parking for 1 car all behind secure electric gates.
It should be noted a business is run from the outbuildings on the site.
There are 3 other mature, professional tenants in the house at present
