There is a large garden large kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and plenty of storage including a shared larder. The kitchen has an AGA cooker as well as a conventional oven and hob. There is a breakfast room and very large living room with TV, a boot room and downstairs toilet, All these rooms are communal.

We have 2 single bedrooms with a shared en suite bathroom and a private sitting room available in a self contained wing of the house, this would be ideal for a couple of friends wanting to rent together but have their own bedrooms
PLEASE NOTE THE 2 ROOMS ARE TO BE LET TOGETHER, WE WILL NOT LET THEM SINGULARLY, SO THE COMBINED RENT FOR THE SUITE OF ROOMS (2 Single bedrooms, a double room/sitting room and a bathroom) IS £1,350.00 PER MONTH.

It should be noted a business is run from the outbuildings on the site.

There are 3 other mature, professional tenants in the house at present.
