THE HOUSE 🏠- 3 Bed Semi Detached, High-speed wi-fi throughout. 50" Smart TV. Stylish kitchen with modern appliances, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Desk, dining table and chairs, complimentary cleaning products, on arrival. Plus there's plenty of off and on-street parking & a newly landscaped garden. New boiler (July 2024) with Gas safety approved installation certificate. Fortnightly cleaner in attendance

LOCATION- Sought after village location in Crawley Down, only 15mins from CAE. Car share with your new housemates/colleagues. There is a good selection of local shops, restaurants a short drive or 10minute walk.
