It is not totally self contained as access is through the family home. Ideal for a single professional (no couples). References will be required. £625 per calendar month with £300 deposit. Monday to Friday or seven days a week. No overnight guests. Public transport links are not great, so your own transport is essential (parking is available close by). We're in a nice, quiet location, perfect for Gatwick Airport and Manor Royal.
