Lovely bright sunny room, in large flat, with own entrance.
For single professional person,
I am flexible, if only for 3-5 nights a week, the rent would be adjusted according to nights required.

It has a very large private garden. If you like gardening, that would be great.

It is in the heart of Cuckfield village.

I have a cat that’s quite sensitive.
Must be good with cats, be very tidy and care about the flat, etc.
No hospital or care workers please.

Preferably short let and not here the whole week.

I am self employed and often work from home.
