The property is a beautiful self contained annexe, with own entrance, kitchen, wetroom, small dressing room/study and double bedroom with sofa and TV. There is a Broadband connection, but mobile telephone connection is poor (could provide fixed line if required if not internet is fine, this would be extra).

We live next door, and above the property

We are a family of 4, both professional working parents and two children 21 and 18, we live on a smallholding and have a large garden (which you are more than welcome to use).

The property is remote, with a pub approx 1 mile away, and 15 minute walk to the local village store. you definitely need to drive to live here.
